So, 90% of this advice is only applicable to the economic climate when this guy was actually 35, which means it’s almost completely useless to anyone who is 35 now.
Also, the first item is “stay married to the same person.” So, you know, don’t go into a marriage you think might fail and if it does, maybe consider staying in your broken relationship for financial reasons.

xander is a one year old pug who was adopted by marcie and rodney beedy from an animal shelter in oregon after he had been blinded in an accident. xander, who is calm but outgoing, now works as a certified therapy dog with groups such as klamath lake cares, which helps abused children.
